We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. Final sale items are marked as ‘final sale’ on the product page.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
- Due to health concerns, bandana sales are final – no returns or exchanges.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Return Window & Fees
- We offer exchanges and store credit for U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery as long as items meet the return conditions above.
- Returns from the U.S. will incur a $15 flat-rate fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
